Ticketing
Upon
receipt of your request, you will receive an offer by e-mail at
short notice.
If you are interested in my offer, please send me your residential
address with tel.
You will then receive an advance booking confirmation by e-mail
from me.
Please transfer a deposit of 33% of the rental sum to my account
within one week.
Upon
receipt of the deposit on my account, I will send you an
accommodation contract by e-mail, with which the object is then
bindingly booked.
Please
transfer the remaining amount by 6 weeks at the
latest
Travel
or you pay the balance on the day of your arrival with key
cash.
For
the desired travel date I block the rental object max.
3 days for you.
Therefore, I would like to ask you for a short notice, even if you
do not choose my offer.
Tourist tax
for the Generalitat Catalunya
Per
day and adults over 16 years: 1,00 Euro, for your entire stay but
max.
7,00 Euro per
person.
The
tourist tax is available on site
cash to be paid.
Final cleaning
(obligatory):
The
final cleaning fee is between the size of the property
60 and 120 euros.
We expect you to leave your Feriendomizil besenrein.
Excessive contamination (e.g., non-rinsed crockery) results in
price increases.
Pets are
allowed
In
case of occupancy with a pet an additional 30 Euro will be charged
for the final cleaning price.
Bed
linen (pillows and blankets):
Bed
linen can be brought with you or with us for 12
euros
Per
bad and change.
Please bring your own hand, bathing and kitchen towels.
Additional
costs
Costs
for electricity, water and waste disposal are included in the
rent.
Internet
WLAN
connection on request (charges apply).
La
Siesta swimming pool
You
can use our large swimming pool FREE of charge as our
guests!
Pool use - at your own risk - does not belong to the scope of
services of your booking, but is a service of "La Siesta".
If the pool can not be used in the short term due to force majeure,
you have no claim for compensation.
Parents are responsible
for their children!
We ask for your understanding that we can not accept credit
cards.
Informationen
General
information
The
Cala Canyelles Bay is located between Lloret de Mar and Tossa de
Mar. Both places are about 5 km away.
Therefore,
a car or rental car is highly recommended.
Parking is partly available on the property or directly at the
house.
There is also an hourly shuttle between Lloret and Tossa, which has
a stop nearby.
For fresh bread in the morning there is in the proximity (about 1.5
km) a small supermarket (Spar).
Apart from that Lloret (Mercadonna, Caprabo, Aldi) and Tossa are
numerous, cheap supermarkets for your
purchases.
The
nearest restaurants are the '' Playa Canyelles '' on the beach and
the
'' El
Trull '' on the opposite side of the bay.
There are also restaurants along the road to Tossa de Mar.
And of course a huge offer in and around Lloret and Tossa of
restaurants and tapas bars in different price
classes.
If
arriving by plane, you can land in Girona (35 km, Ryan Air) or
Barcelona (90 km, all air carriers).
The
Costa Brava (wild coast), the mountainous hinterland, the cities of
Girona, Figueras (Dali Museum) and of course Barcelona invite you
to great excursions.
